Plymouth Crossroads will provide safe housing for homeless teenagers ages 16 to 20. Throughout the Western New York community, teenagers can find themselves homeless, sometimes because of abuse, neglect, family problems and conflicts, or parental drug or alcohol abuse.
The United Church Home is committed to empowering young men to develop independent, healthy paths to their future by offering them support and guidance through positive lifestyle choices, thus avoiding chronic homelessness and long-term dependency on social services.
Thanks to the generosity of people like you, when a young person comes through our doors, qualified staff can extend a warm welcome and unwavering commitment to stand by them and help them on their journey from homelessness to productive adulthood.
