WHO WE ARE…. The “Manor,” in partnership with the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) provides subsidized housing for the elderly and disabled (with mobility impairment). Head of household must be 62 years of age to qualify or at least 18 years of age if disabled. Income limitations apply to all applicants and third party verification of income, assets, and medical expenses is required.
A Service Coordinator is on-site to assist residents, helping them to achieve their goals, remain in their homes, and maintain their independence.
The Manor is also a designated site for the Erie County Nutrition Program. The “Stay Fit” Dining Program serves a nutritious, well balanced meal, Monday through Friday, for seniors throughout the community aged 60 + for a suggested donation of $2.50.
